What is the return policy?
Our return window is 180 days after delivery. Here are the key points:
- Claim faster issues within 7 days: For damaged, misprinted, or defective items, submit claims within 7 days for faster resolution
- Condition required: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Non-returnable items: Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks, and sample items
- Return shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method
